SYNOPSIS
In a small northern English town, Mihalis, a Cypriot immigrant, owns a traditional fish and chip shop. His business, "Mr. Cod," has been run by his only son, Andy, who
has always dreamed about taking over the business and expanding it.
He finds his dream about to come true when his father offers him the chance to prove himself worthy while he goes abroad. However, as soon as Mihalis is gone, things start to go terribly wrong.
After trying to implement changes to his father’s system, Andy watches the staff walk out on him, leaving him alone and desperate. Faced with this dilemma, he sees no other choice than to take on his cousin’s idea of employing illegal immigrants.
